I will be conducting a small estate sale this coming weekend. A long time friend's mother-in-law passed a couple weeks ago and the family has asked me to conduct a quick estate sale for them.

Here are facts:

LOCATION:
Fenton, 325 Chrysler Drive (I-44 to Soccer Park exit, to Yarnell (veer right), right on Riverside Drive (through golf course) to Chrysler. We'll have limited signs as Fenton doesn't allow many on public/city property.

DATE:
Saturday, April 18, 2009 and Sunday, April 19, 2009
TIME: SAT 8-4 SUN 9-1

EVERYTHING MUST BE SOLD IN THE HOUSE!!!!!!

No time for a pre-sale, but here are some of the items pre room:

Livingroom/Dining area / Kitchen

Upholstered sofa / chairs
three piece end tables / coffee table (Mahogany-like: MDF)
Assorted lamps
entertainment center (TV cabient)
Metal/cloth dinette set
MDF computer station
Many pots & pans, cookbooks, kitchen misc.
bedding, towles, pillows

Three Bedroom (ONLY one bedroom suite)

House is full of glassware. Alot of 1930's, 40's-60's pressed glass, some
Pink, Green, Clear, and Yellow Depression glassware (mixed patterns)
Sandwich glass items
Handpainted German plates
Pair of 1920's framed prints
VCR tapes, some LP records, CDs
Holiday items (Xmas tree, etc.)
Many, many Home Interior items (prints, candles, florals)

Several small figurines (Precious Moments, ceramics)

Carnival glass water pitcher
1950's Currier & Ives dishes and matching glasses
Amber - Pineapple pattern water & juice glass
Mixed stemmware and kitchen dishes
Ladies clothes, coats, shoes (SOME costume jewelry- no name brands, no gold or real silver)

Basement level

some hand tools, older furniture (great for a cabin or the student going off to college)

EVERYTHING WILL BE PRICED TO MOVE AS THE HOUSE IS ALREADY SOLD.

Great items if you need a small gift or a item for serving (several cake plates and serving bowls)

Numbers after 6PM this Friday.

Saturday entry in front door and checkout and leave through back(kitchen door).
